Cracks and crevices for moisture

In my house there was placed a wooden floor lam Oak flamed 1 cm thick with the use of two-component glue of traditional sand cement screed without underfloor heating after about six years began to appear some cracks and cracks on the tablet, now the floor is full and parts of the floor are very detached from the substrate.
I would like to dismantle the whole thing and ask for a free makeover from poseur who, having just run the installation (not supplied) over the years has tried to advise me (even with technical know) intervention type humidifier, less heat, ventilate, and more. I can ask him for the damage? Thank you (A.Z.)

The time elapsed since the laying and likewise between the individual moments highlighted in question leave much doubt of the correctness of the date hereof the hypothesized request. In the absence of any reference and technical importance of the likely causes of the defect detected at both ends now, it must be assumed that the suggestions proposed by the layer were determined by the method of operation of the environment in which it is laid parquet. Reason why it is even more difficult and uncertain assume any legal action.
The hypothesis of action for the recovery is really difficult after so many years of use and laying parquet; the possibility of action to get compensation is risky without concrete evidence and technicians to apportion blame, even more unable to concretely define the reason for the fault and a possible trial.
