Friulparchet
Capri wears white
Here we are in Capri, the Pearl of the Gulf of Naples, a destination for tourists from all over the world renowned for its uniquely suggestive beauty. In the Year 2000,
a boutique known as 100% Capri by Tony Aiello, the famous Italian stylist, first opened its doors. Friulparchet has been a 100% Capri partner for years, and has signed its own “designer name” to the wood floors in its various atelier while providing a different finish to the floors
of each one in the color white that evokes this particular line of couture as the same common denominator in all. A BioLinea parquet in Castello format - this year’s novelty product for the parquet producer based in Friuli - was chosen for this recently renovated Capri store. Castello is a three-layer planking in solid European
Oak from Slavonia given a "Snowy white" stain and
a gleaming oil finish. The plank’s big sizes and the color
take the boutique’s exclusive and minimalist decor
to even higher levels of elegance. Snowy white
is a distinctive feature in both the island’s architecture and the bottega’s warm shading. The oil used for the finish is a high-resistance oil formulated for public areas with extensive walkable surfaces. Castello is the brand new Friulparchet format designed for spacious and prestigious locations. The planks that range from 200 to 400 mm in width and run up to 3000 mm in length are composed of three layers of European Oak from Slavonia. Many colors and finishes can be given to this product, and even exclusively personalized solutions can be adopted in the oiling, painting, planing, and engraving performed. All this, with workmanship performed entirely in Italy.
Cadorin
European Select Oak Parquet
in Sand Grey tone
The planks of Cadorin Sand Grey European Select Oak are featured by an elegant brushing and the timeless beauty of the grey tones that you can find in nature in the light colour
of the Sand finish. A varnish finishing, made by Cadorin, valorises the European Select Oak vain, just marked and drawn by brushing, and made with the shades of colour of the warm and enchanting Sand Grey colour.
The Sand Grey finishing is available whether in “brushed” or in “sandblasted” working. The brushing draws the wood grain, whereas the sandblasting gets out-and-out reliefs
in the wood vain. Both workings make the surface bustle stronger, as well as to obtain
a prestigious result in terms of aesthetic.
The raw material is the European Select Oak, one of the most appreciated woods for its
prestigious flamed and striped fibre, real top of this botanical species range and appreciated
for its colour and fascinating vain. The Cadorin planks can be laid “random” or cut in “herringbone”. The images, in this particular case, show a historical building renovation in the centre of Vittorio Veneto (TV). In some rooms, like the wide and bright living room, the parquet planks are made in herringbone, whereas for the rest of the home are realised in several widths and lengths big Planks and “random” laid, to optimise the dimensions of the rooms.
