Maxitop Biolinea: warmth, strength and practicality
A large plank with three layers to guarantee maximum stability over time. The top layer is made from Slavic Oak (Natur), a timber with unbeatable qualities. The hand-planed surface shows off the skills of the Friulparchet master craftsmen. The finishes, using natural products, are applied entirely by hand in order to check each plank, one by one, and ensure perfect results.

The only firm used for the wooden floor- ing was Friulparchet from San Giorgio di Nogaro, a Friuli firm known throughout Italy and overseas for the quality and originality of its parquet floors.
In order to give the restaurant a sense of elegance, classic style and tradition, a pre- finished layered plank made from Slav- ic Oak was chosen from the BioLinea MaxiTop collection. This has a special, be- spoke antique-look colour with a natur- al oiled finish.
The ‘rustic’ touch was created by hand- planing the wood, done by the master craftsmen at Friulparchet: the sense of warmth and the unique character of the wood have been enhanced, keeping the natural beauty of this noble timber.
A parquet floor from the same collection has been used for the bedrooms, though with “Light” planing, the Barrique Line. The way the parquet matches the fur- nishings has ensured that the renovated farmstead retains its charm and warmth, enhancing the family atmosphere and unassuming feel of the place. s
