    OWNERS VISCOL
                               Viscol is a relatively young company, but immediately was able to identify the needs
38                             of the market, by creating products of high performances for wood floors and always
                               in the respect for man and his environment. The commitment to nature conservation
                               is very important for us; as evidenced by the success achieved by our flagship product
                               "Visedil KE20" born in the early 90's as a two-component adhesive without organic
                               solvents and no hazard labeling. This product represented a watershed in the years
                               and fed the passion for research and innovation.

                               What are your leading products and what are their most distinctive features?

                               Our range of adhesives is more than complete, from two-component adhesive to the
                               self-crosslinking aerobic systems such as Visedil SM1 silane adhesiv second generation-;
                               sealant binder water WSA50 fast drying, suitable for water and solvent varnishing
                               systems; our finishing varnish monocomponent MV80 to water with high cohesion
                               and resistance, suitable not only for parquet but also for decorative protection of many
                               other materials such as glass, metal, plastic. Many other products instead belong in the
                               category of semi-finished products for the industries that produces Viscol in a targeted
                               and customized for the wood industry, construction, windows, tissue processing,
                               thermal and acoustic insulation.

                               What are your short/mid-term objectives?

                               We believe that the time is more than ripe to communicate the philosophy Viscol to the
                               foreign market. The dynamic evolution of the products we developed have affected
                               some areas of northern Europe and overseas, who have understood our concept of
                               evolution of a preparation from the study of its life cycle. We would not accept to limit
                               ourselves in research and development to introduce us in the market products with
                               less VOC or less toxic substances. We are pleased therefore to announce the project
                               in progress that aims to upgrade all of our products in "systems biodegradability
                               programmed" packaging and remnants of content. So we are more than excited
                               and motivated to break new ground both independently or collaborating with
                               other organizations.
