European oak elements and lamellas

MATTEO DIONISI, What are the strengths of your company?
PURCHASING MANAGER
DIONISI LEGNAMI We are wholesaler and importer of wood product from Europe, Ex Jugoslavia
countries and Usa from generations. As other Italian companies that operate into this
18 difficult wood sector, we have seen in our 50 years of activity fast changements of
market but our policy in order to stand out from low cost producers, it always was
and it will be to offer an attention to quality selection of raw material, a just in time
service and realiable deliveries.

What are your leading products and what are their most distinctive features?

In the last 15 years we changed our plants in our Croatian sawmill and Italian
warehouses in order to be specialized in Oak half finished products for flooring and
furnitures producers:
• Unedged/square Edged Oak boards QFA and Rustic.
• Oak Elements 27mm QFA and Rustic.
• Oak Top Layer lamellas made 100% in Italy thickness 4.3 & 6.3 and 3.5mm quality

A+, B1, R1, R2.
We work in partnership with our customers that are mostly flooring producers and
their architects in order to combine what the nature can offer and new tendency of the
market. We produce also unusual sizes as extralarge boards or lamellas: 240, 260, 280,
310, 340 in different qualities and we offer a service of just in time deliveries also for
medium small quantities for each specific project. From 2015 we obtained also the
certification FSC°, in order to offer oak boards, elements and lamellas certificated in the
respect of chain of custody.

What are your short/mid-term objectives?

My father always taught to us “…don’t to compete on price and offer only what you
know exactly, without promises” …In this moment of difficulty of finding good Oak
raw material respect how it was in the past, our line guide is to be reliable and
realistics with our costumers and offer the highest care in quality.
