Thanks to the wood working cluster and our almost centenary story, we are
always kept up to date on the latest technologies. Moreover, we can
support our partners with suggestions and solutions, which are designed
considering their own needs. Besides that, our proposal that combines
new and second-hand reconditioned machines together fulfils our partner
desires, caring also about the delivery time, machine look and budget.

What are your leading products and what are their most
distinctive features?

Definitely the horizontal band saw model HBR 400, which is a user-
friendly machine combines high performances with excellent finishing
results. And the top and bottom planer model GT 635 ARD, thanks to its
heavy-duty frame guarantees to our partners no-stop performances.

What are your short/mid-term objectives?

The creation of direct collaborations with new partners, expanding into new
markets and improving our presence in the existing ones, are definitely

goals on the top of our list. Always considering that, the essential aim
of Caselli Group is to constantly satisfy their partners needs.

ACCURACY CUTTING AND CONVENIENT THICKNESS CONTROL.
VARIABLE SPEED IS CONTROLLED BY A FREQUENCY INVERTER AND
DISPLAYED ON THE CONTROL PANEL. MOVABLE CONTROL BOX
PERMITS CONVENIENT OPERATION CONTROL AT ANY POSITION.
ALLOWABLE THICKNESS RANGE IS 3-400 MM.

GT 635ARD: DOUBLE SURFACE PLANER. THE PRESSURE SPIKES
ARE IN AN OVERLAPPED LAYOUT WITH A MINIMUM OF GAPS

THAT HOLD THE WORKPIECE FIRMLY AND EVENING ENSURING
SHAKE-FREE FEEDING—EVEN FOR SHORT WORKPIECES. SIMPLY

LOOSEN THE LEVER FOR QUICKLY REPLACING BELT OR
ADJUSTING BELT TIGHTENING. FAST AND CONVENIENT
THIKNESS SETTING CAN BE ACHIEVED BY SIMPLY PLACING A
WOOD SAMPLE OF IDENTICAL THICKNESS UNDER THE MICRO
SWITCH. A CENTRALIZED HAND LUBRICATOR IS PROVIDED FOR
CONVENIENTLY LUBRICATING THE ELEVATION SLIDEWAYS.
